General terms and conditions Metta Massage & Bodywork

To make my massages as good as possible, I use a number of general terms and conditions. As soon as you make an appointment with Metta Massage & Bodywork, I assume that you have read these terms and agree to them.

1. No anonymous appointments are made. You must provide your name, first name and contact details correctly and completely. I also do not accept anonymous phone calls.

2. Before the treatment, there is always a short conversation with the client. The client is responsible for the accuracy of his/her (medical) information that he/she provides to the massage therapist during this conversation. This is entirely optional, but contributes to a responsible execution of the massage treatment.

3. All information will be treated confidentially and will never be provided to third parties.

4. I do not make medical diagnoses. In case of doubt, treatment can be omitted.

5. If you have a fever, are contagious, have open wounds or boils, massage is absolutely not allowed. In case of acute injuries, high blood pressure or another illness, it is advisable to first ask your doctor for advice before making an appointment.

6. Appointments can only be cancelled by telephone up to 24 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise an invoice with a fee of €45 will be charged. This invoice must be paid within 14 days of receipt. In the event of non-payment, an automatic claim will be made and the customer will also have to pay the collection costs and any additional costs for legal proceedings.

7. In case the client behaves inappropriately towards the massage therapist, the treatment will be terminated immediately. The appointment must be paid in full as provided. The client will also be placed on an internal blacklist.

8. The client provides a safe working environment for the massage therapist. Aggressive animals are kept out of reach.

9. Metta Massage & Bodywork reserves the right to refuse an appointment at any time if the client is on an internal blacklist, safety cannot be guaranteed or the client's location cannot be reached by car.

10. The customer's personal data will not be kept longer than necessary and will only be processed for tax returns if the company is legally obliged to do so.

11. The general terms and conditions can be supplemented or amended by Metta Massage & Bodywork at any time.
